– Refrigerated warehouse for freezing at a controlled temperature of -28ºC, with a surface area of ​​2,752m2 with a volume of 39,902m3 and a capacity for 7,680 pallets.

– Refrigerated warehouse for freezing at a controlled temperature of -28ºC with a ground floor plus three mezzanines, a surface area of ​​7,920m2, a capacity of 6,400 pallets and a total volume of 29,707m3. Intended for picking operations.

– Attached antechamber area with a surface area of ​​916 m2 at room temperature.

– Semi-detached industrial services area with a floor area of ​​255 m2 on two floors.

– Semi-detached industrial services area with a floor area of ​​195 m2
